T.E.S.T.'s primary business includes laboratory geotechnical testing for clean and environmentally-contaminated soils, concrete/aggregate testing, and treatability/soil stabilization studies. Founded by a veteran in the civil engineering field with over a twenty-five year domestic and international experience, Lev Buchko, P.E., serves as T.E.S.T.'s president and technical director. T.E.S.T. is located in the Atlanta area, conveniently situated near the major interstates of I-285 and Hwy 78.

Timely Engineering Soil Tests (T.E.S.T.) is a professional engineering firm performing routine and sophisticated (including non-standard in-house developed) laboratory soil tests. T.E.S.T.'s primary business includes laboratory geotechnical testing for clean and environmentally-contaminated soils, concrete/aggregate testing, and treatability/soil stabilization studies. Founded in 2005 by a veteran in the civil engineering field with over a thirty year domestic and international experience, Lev Buchko, P.E., serves as T.E.S.T.'s president and technical director. T.E.S.T. is located in the Atlanta area, conveniently situated near the major interstates of I-285 and Hwy 78. T.E.S.T. is accredited through the AASHTO accreditation program.

The laboratory is comprised of state-of-the-art testing facility with an in-house machine shop, unique to a laboratory, with capability to fabricate parts and instrumentation for standard and project-specific testing needs. The tests, following rigid quality procedures with fast turn-around that comply with AASHTO, ASTM, EPA, United States Army Corps of Engineers, and NQA-1 quality requirements, are performed by a Professional Engineer or by technicians under his direct supervision. Laboratory technicians are intensively and continually trained on testing procedures and methods. The technical director of T.E.S.T., Lev Buchko, is a voting member of 7 ASTM sub-committees on soil and rocks. The technical director is a member of a task force that develops new ASTM methods and a professional engineer in the states of GA and SC. He is also a registered soil classifier with the state of Georgia.  

 

T.E.S.T. celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2015.
