Data Presentation

The proper representation of test data is critical for understanding and interpretation of test results.  T.E.S.T. has an in-house developed software programs for every laboratory test, with a simple yet comprehensive report format.  Most reports represent data in easy to read graphs and charts; these graphs and charts exceed the ASTM requirements for data presentation.  For projects with multiple samples, in addition to individual reports for each test, a summary page is provided so that the client may see the overall trends of engineering properties of the material.  Finally, the summary page is useful in statistical analysis and applications.  Every single page of test reports is reviewed and initialed by a Professional Engineer.

Quality Control

T.E.S.T. developed a quality assurance policy manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and calibration procedures which satisfy quality standards of ASTM D3740, E329, and AASHTO R18.  T.E.S.T. calibrates all instrumentation and equipment in required frequency.  All of T.E.S.T.'s equipment is calibrated by NIST-traceable instrumentation.  Annually, T.E.S.T. participates in the AASHTO proficiency sample program; T.E.S.T. maintains an excellent (4 or 5 out of 5) record for this proficiency program. During the last 7 AASHTO bi-annual audits, zero deficiencies requiring corrective action were found, which is evidence of T.E.S.T.'s perfect quality control system.
